Event Ticket Refund Policy
This policy applies to event tickets and bookings only.
For physical products and merchandise, please refer to our Product Returns Policy.
Event Tickets – No Automatic Right to Refund
All event tickets are sold for a specific date and time and are therefore non-refundable once purchased, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
Event tickets are exempt from the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.
When Refunds or Rebooking May Be Offered
Refunds or rebooking are offered at the organiser’s discretion only and may be considered in the following situations:

The event is cancelled by the organiser

The event is rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date

Exceptional circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis
Where possible, we may offer:

A rebooking to an alternative date

Credit toward a future event
Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
No Refunds for Change of Mind or Price Changes
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Inability to attend
-
Personal circumstances
-
Later discounts, promotions, or special offers

Promotional pricing introduced after your booking
Ticket prices and offers may change at any time. The price paid at the time of booking is final.
Promotions & Special Offers
All promotions, discounts, and special offers apply to new bookings only.
Where a refund is issued for any reason:

The original booking becomes ineligible for future promotions for the same event

Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively

Refunded customers may not repurchase tickets for the same event using a promotional offer
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow 3–5 working days for processing

Bank processing times may take an additional 4–6 working days
